Accounts
- A parent or guardian creates the family account and adds children to it. You must be an adult to create one.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including children’s use of it.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
The free trial
Every family can answer 20 questions free, in total, with every step and subject open. After that, answering more questions needs a subscription. Everything done during the trial is kept.
Subscriptions
- The family plan covers the number of children shown on the pricing page, for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in naira before you pay.
- Payment is taken by Paystack or Flutterwave. When you pay by card, the plan renews at the end of each period by charging the same card, unless you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, we try again a few times. If it still fails, the subscription ends; your children’s progress is kept.
- To cancel, email us before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Promo codes and referral rewards apply as described when you use them, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fair use
- The app is for your family’s own learning. Do not share an account between families, resell access, or copy the lessons and questions for other use.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the app’s security or limits.
Content
The lessons, questions, explanations and design are ours and are licensed to you for your family’s use while your account is open. Some pictures are from Twemoji (CC BY 4.0); full credits are on the credits page. Curriculum references (such as Cambridge stage codes) describe alignment only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge.
Our responsibilities
We work to keep the app accurate, available and secure, and to fix problems quickly. The app supports a child’s learning; it is not a guarantee of any exam result. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
